碳化-酸溶消解石墨炉光谱法测定板栗中铅、镉的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立碳化-酸溶消解法测定板栗中的铅、镉含量的方法。方法:先用硝酸消解板栗果肉及果皮中易溶解的部分,蒸干,然后在约400℃碳化使大分子裂解,形成小分子或碳残渣,再用硝酸,双氧水消解成透明溶液。用石墨炉光谱法测定板栗中铅、镉的含量。结果:铅、镉的平均回收率为98.9%、103.5%;RSD<5.3%。结论:该方法简便、快速、安全,消化完全且干扰小,测定结果可靠。 Objective: The establishment carbonizes- the acid to dissolvedisappears in the solution determination Chinese chestnut's lead, thecadmium content. Methods:First uses the nitric acid to dispel the partwhich in the Chinese chestnut fruit pulp and the peel is easy tadissolve, steams does, then approximately at 400℃ causes themacro - molecule to decompose, forms small molecular or the carbonresiduai, then uses the nitric acid, the hydrogen peroxide solution todispel the transparent solution. With graphite stove spectrographicmethods to Chinese chestnut in lead, cadmium content. Results: Lead, cadmium average returns - ratio in 98.9%, 103. 5%; RSD 〈5.3%. Conclusion:That method is simple and convenient, speedy, safe,and the digestion is complete and disturb to determine result for a short time, reliably.
