大鼠吸入^(239)PuO_2所致肺巨噬细胞损伤效应的初步研究

摘要 本文介绍大鼠吸入^(239)PUO_2气溶胶后肺巨噬细胞(PAM)损伤效应的实验结果。实验用26只大鼠,分成不同剂量的4个实验组和1个对照组。在吸入^(239)PuO_2后的 2、7、13和28天,分批活杀动物,用肺灌洗法取PAM,观察了PAM的损伤效应。各实验组大鼠PAM细胞核的平均吸收剂量分别为0.95、2.21、1.71和3.23Gy,肺组织的平均吸收剂量相应为0.69、1.69、1.21和2.55Gy,其比值平均为1.3。实验结果表明:PAM细胞核剂量为3.23Gy的一组大鼠,洗肺液内中性粒细胞的百分数明显高于对照组,提示肺内有炎症病变,该组大鼠PAM吞墨粒的功能明显低于对照组;4个实验组的大鼠PAM细胞增殖能力也受到明显抑制。 This paper describes the results concerning damage ofpulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAM) in rats inhaled ^(239)PUO_2 26 rats were divided. into 4 experimental groups and one control group.The rats were killed on the 2rd, 7th, 13th and 28th day after inhalation,respectively. The PAM Were obtained by lung lavaging, then damage ofPAM Was observed. The mean absorbed doses of PAM nucleus in ratsinhaled ^(239)PuO_2 were 0.95, 2.21, 1.71 and 3.23 Gy, while the meanabsorbed doses of lungs were 0.69, 1.69, 1.21 and 2.55Gy, respectively.The dose ratio between PAM nucleus and lung was about 1.3. The resultsindicate that percentages of neutrophils in lung lavages in the rats whosemean absorbed doses of PAM nucleus was 3.23 Gy increased significantly,it shows occurrence of inflammation in these lungs. Their ability tophagocytize carbon particles were much lower than that of control. Theproliferative functions of PAM in rats of 4 groups inhaled ^(239)PuO_2 wereevidently inhibited.
