摘要
目前,公共道德问题已引起了社会的广泛关注。公民意识强调公民权利和公民义务的统一以及理性精神,这对于加强公德建设具有重要意义。因此明晰公民意识的内涵,以便在公德建设的过程中充分调动全体公民的积极性,发挥全社会的力量,为市场经济的健康发展保驾护航。
At present, public morality has aroused wide attention in society. Citizen consciousness emphasizes the combination of citizen right and obligation, as well as logos. It is important to enhance social morality. Therefore, perspicuity of the content of citizen consciousness facilitates public enthusiasm in the course of construction of public morality. It can also call on the public to protect the market economy .
