玻璃纤维桩核冠在年轻恒牙冠折修复中的临床应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨年轻恒牙冠折玻璃纤维桩核冠修复治疗的临床效果。方法临床选择42例年轻恒牙冠折的患儿共59颗患牙,先用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术,再对残冠残根进行玻璃纤维桩核冠修复,并进行定期临床检查。结果玻璃纤维桩核修复系统59颗修复体1年后复查,57颗修复体修复成功,成功率为96.6%。结论对于年轻恒牙患者根尖诱导完成后进行玻璃纤维桩修复可以满足临床要求,有一定的临床价值,值得大力推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of glass fiber pest core crown on crown fracture restoration of immature permanent tooth. Methods Forty-two patients with 59 crown fracture were selected. Vitapex was used in apexification, and the residual crowns and roots were restored with the glass fiber post core crown. The patients were reexamined at months 3, 6,9, 12 after operation. Results Of 59 teeth, 57 were successful at month 12 after operation, and the successful rate were 96.6%. Conclusion The apexification and glass fiber post core crown could meet the clinical need of fracture restoration of immature permanent tooth.
