板坯连铸结晶器铜板温度场有限元仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用MSC.Marc 2005r2有限元分析软件,基于某钢厂板坯连铸结晶器铜板冷却参数的优化改造,对优化前后的宽面铜板温度场进行了二维数值仿真研究,并结合仿真计算结果,讨论了铜板冷却参数对其温度场的影响效果,为结晶器铜板冷却参数(包括水槽几何结构和冷却水量)的优化设计提供了有力的分析工具。 Based on the modified cooling parameters of the mold copper plate for slab continuous casting in a steelmaking plant, the 2D temperature fields of wide face of the copper plate before and after modification were simulated numerically by MSC. Marc 2005r2 finite element analysis package. Combined with the simulation results, the effects of cooling parameters of copper plate on its temperature fields were discussed. The invesigation provides a powerful analyzing tool for optimum design of cooling parameters of copper plate (include geometric characteristic of gullets and amount of cooling water) .
