铸件凝固二维温度场的计算机模拟 被引量:2

摘要 本文根据铸件凝固时的传热数学模型,选取了双向交替隐式格式(ADI)有限差分法作为铸件凝固温度场的模拟计算方法。由此,利用 FORTRAN 语言在中型计算机 VAX-11/780上编制了一套任意截面形状铸件温度场模拟计算通用程序和一套铸件浇注、凝固仿真通用程序。并对国内未曾报道的呋喃树脂自硬砂的导热系数值进行了测定。运行通用程序得出的模拟计算结果与实测结果符合得较好。 Based on the mathematical model of Fourier Heat Conductivity Equations,this paper first chose an alternating-direction-implicit (ADI) type of finite differential method as the numerical calculation method which is absolutely convergent and stable for time steps of any size when used to calculate the temperature field.Then,the generalized programmes were designed with FORTRAN language which can be used to calculate two-dimensional temperature field of casting solidification of cast steel or cast iron of any shape.The calculated results about their solidification tendency obtained from the above programmes were found in good agreement with the experi- mental results.In addition,we measured the thermal properties of Furane Resin sand which is the moulding sand for producing ingot moulds.
