摘要
噬菌体抗体库（ｐｈａｇｅａｎｔｉｂｏｄｙｌｉｂｒａｒｙ）是将人抗体基因与噬菌粒载体相连，在细菌体内表达而制备的人全套抗体（ｒｅｐｅｒｔｏｉｒｅｏｆａｎｔｉｂｏｄｉｅｓ）。利用抗体库技术可制备人源单克隆抗体。这是目前生物技术领域中一项重要的新技术。该文综述了其产生、发展和前景。
Phage antibody library is a repertoire of antibodies, which connects human antibody genes to phagemid vector and is expressed in bacteria. Human monoclonal antibodies can be made by means of antibody library technology. This is an important new technology in biotechnological field recently. This article will review its production, development and prospects.
