镍基合金药芯焊丝熔敷金属耐腐蚀性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用镍铬带包裹镍、铬、钼粉末的方法,研制出镍基药芯焊丝。并用TIG焊的方法制备其熔敷金属。实验研究了Ni-Cr-Mo系合金耐腐蚀性能和抗氧化性能。通过ASTM G28试验的方法对熔敷金属的耐腐蚀性能进行评价,熔敷金属试样在50%的硫酸中煮沸24 h后,试样表面仍旧光滑,腐蚀失重接近实心焊丝;对熔敷金属的电化学腐蚀性能进行了测试,在0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中镍基合金阳极极化曲线具有典型的活化-钝化转变特征,表现出较好电化学腐蚀性能;在800℃的高温下具有优良的抗高温氧化性能。 Ni-based flux-cored wires were prepared by using Ni-Cr-strip and metal powder of Ni,Cr and Mo.Deposited metal were prepared by TIG welding.Corrosion resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance of Ni-Cr-Mo metal were researched.Corrosion resistance of deposited metal were assessed with ASTM G28,and surface of deposited metal are still smooth,and weight loss of corrosion accesses solid welding wire;Electrochemical corrosion test shows that the anode polarization curves of Ni-based alloy had typical activation-passivation conversion character and good corrosion-resistance performance in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution;Ni-based deposited metal had excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance under 800 ℃.
