摘要
为了将纤维水泥浆体系更好地应用于固井工程中,有必要对纤维改善水泥石强度机理进行研究并建立强度模型。利用岩石力学三轴实验机对纤维水泥石试块进行弹性模量测试,得到了纤维水泥石单轴应力-应变实验图。根据细观力学理论和能量守恒原理,在建立顺向分布纤维水泥抗拉强度模型的基础上得到了乱向分布纤维水泥的抗拉强度模型。模型分析结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增加,水泥石的抗拉强度有先增大后降低的趋势,这与实验室试验所得规律相同。
In order to improve the application effect of fiber cement in well cementation, it is necessary to research the fiber- reinforced cement mechanism and establish fiber cement strength model. The elastic modulus of fiber cement was tested by triaxial strength equipment, and the stress strain diagram of fiber cement was obtained. According to the meso-mechanical theory and energy conservation philosophy, the tensile strength model of fiber reinforced cement with disordered fiber distribution was presented based on the tensile strength model with order fiber distribution. The model analysis results show that the cement tensile strength increases first and decreases afterward with the volume of fiber blending increasing. The results agree well with the experiment data.
