摘要
长庆油田延长组由于致密油层物性差、孔隙度和渗透率低,开采难度较大,因此需采用长水平段的大型压裂技术才能获得产能。普通水泥石是多孔、脆性大的材料,大型体积压裂易致水泥石破裂。为了提高水泥环抗冲击能力,确保水泥环的层间封隔能力,研制开发了以增韧材料DRE-100S和乳胶粉DRT-100S为主剂的韧性水泥浆体系,该体系的24 h抗压强度为22.9 MPa,弹性模量相比普通水泥石降低30%以上,实现了水泥石"高强度低弹性模量"韧性改造,增强了水泥环在动态冲击条件下的层间封隔能力。该体系成功应用于长庆油田合平4井φ139.7 mm生产套管固井,固井质量优质,可以推广应用。
Large-scale fracturing of long horizontal section was required to efficiently produce the tight Yanchang Formation Reservoir(Changqing) because of its poor physical property and low porosity and low permeability. Ordinary cement slurry generally forms porous, brittle set cement, and is very easy to crush in large-scale fracturing. To improve the impact strength of cement sheath and to ensure that the cement sheath can effectively seal the formation and the borehole, A cement slurry with enhanced toughness by DRE-100 S and DRT-100 S was developed. DRE-100 S is an additive that improves the toughness of set cement, and DRT-100 S is a latex powder. This cement slurry has compressive strength of 22.9 MPa after thickening for 24 hours, and elastic modulus lower than that of ordinary cement by 30%, a real 'high compressive strength low elastic modulus' cement. This cement slurry has been used in cementing the φ139.7 mm production casing string of the Well Heping-4, Changqing Oilfield, and a high quality cementing job was performed.
