摘要
新疆是我国的农业大省,也是农业受自然灾害影响较大的省区。因此,发展新疆农业保险就显得尤为重要。但是,新疆农业保险的发展却一直落后于农业的发展。本文认为,实施农业巨灾保险证券化是新疆农业保险发展的出路所在。
Xinjiang is one of the major agricultural provinces in China, in which natural disasters often affects agricultural development and causes heavy losses. Therefore, it is of great significant to promote agricultural insurance in Xinjiang. However, the development of agricultural insurance is not synchronized with the development of agriculture. The paper holds the idea that implementing catastrophic insurance sccuritization is the way out for the development of agricultural insurance in Xinjiang.
