摘要
在充分了解SWOT态势分析法的理念和其运作流程的基础上,将之运用于实践,对大石桥市高坎镇的现状从优势、劣势、机遇和挑战四个内外部因素进行了全面剖析。在综合分析的基础上,把内外部因素进行组合分析,找到了防御型战略、扭转型战略、增长型战略和多元经营战略四种交叉组合的发展战略。立足于高坎镇的发展实际,确定重点战略,并提出具体的发展对策。
By introducing the concept and operational flow of SWOT-analysis, the paper applies this method to making a comprehensive analysis of Gaokan Town＇ s reality from the aspects of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. On the basis of both internal and external factors, it finds out 4 cross-link development strategies, which are WT, WO, SO and ST strategy. According to the current situation of Gaokan, it establishes WO and SO strategy as the key strategies and points out the details as well.
