OCM方法在变风量系统性能验证中的应用

摘要 近年来建筑性能验证在建筑节能改造方面得到了广泛的重视和应用,它帮助设计者和户主实现HVAC系统的设计目的,并提高系统运行效率。由于VAV控制系统具有巨大节能潜力但同时又比较复杂,其性能验证成为研究的重点及难点。已有众多学者开展了关于VAV系统建筑性能验证的研究。本文在大量实践的基础上提出适合VAV控制系统性能验证的目标控制法(Objective Control Method,OCM)。此方法从末端运行效果入手,通过逐步的诊断和分析,最终找到运行故障症结。作者以北京发展大厦变风量系统为例,利用OCM法对其2005年运行问题做出诊断,验证了该方法的可行性。 Commissioning of HVAC system had been practiced in buildings for the purpose of energy saving and performance optimization. Commissioning of HVAC automation system should be paid more attention. In this paper, Objective Control Method (OCM) was proposed to analyze the operation performance of VAV control system. The approach was started with the evaluation of satisfaction of indoor thermal comfort, and was followed by the performance analysis of different control loop with graphic chart of relations between different parameters. Finally the operation fault would be detected. This approach had been applied and validated in a real VAV control system of a commercial office building in Beijing with one year's on-site measured data. By means of OCM, phenomena of 'hunting' in VAV control svstem was easilv detected. As a new approach of VAV control svstem, OCM was of great feasibility and convenience.
