一种识别共线性传感器故障的新方法

A New Isolating Collinear Sensors Method

摘要 本文针对传统的主成分分析法(PCA)不能识别出控制系统中具有共线性关系的传感器故障这一缺点,通过利用主成分分析法中的残差子空间,结合基于推理的方法提出了一种识别具有共线性关系的传感器故障的新方法。经过验证,该方法简单、有效,适合用于传感器的在线实时故障诊断。最后将该方法加入到传统的PCA算法中,得到改进了的PCA算法。 According to the failure of isolating collinear sensors by using principal component analysis approach, this paper develop a new fault isolation method.Compared to the wavelet method ,It is more suitable to diagnosis the fault on-line. Based on the new method, we optimize the PCA algorithms.
