摘要
分析了移动模架造桥机的纵移过孔过程,根据实际结构和受力状况确定了过孔过程中导梁的测试点。通过对造桥机现场应力测试,分析了移动模架造桥机在纵移过孔过程中导梁桁架的应力变化规律。其研究结果可为造桥机设计和施工过程提供参考。
The lengthways moving course of the bridge building machine is studied in the paper,and the spots on the leading beam to be tested is fixed according to the actual structure and the analysis of the stress state. Through on-the-spot test, the stress law on the leading beam of bridge building machine during the lengthways moving is studied. The results can be referenced for the design and operation of the bridge building machine.
