摘要
目的分析裂孔引起局限性视网膜脱离的临床特征以及氩激光治疗疗效。方法对LASIK术前常规检查发现的34例36眼无症状裂孔合并局限性视网膜脱离患者的视力、屈光度、裂孔数目和分布、视网膜脱离程度、后玻璃体膜状况等以及氩激光治疗过程进行回顾性分析。随访3—48个月，平均随访24．2个月。结果34例36眼发现周边圆形裂孔；后玻璃体膜贴附完好30眼；视网膜为浅脱离，病程发展缓慢。36眼中33眼激光封孔成功，3眼行冷凝及外加压手术。结论氩激光光凝是治疗裂孔引起局限性视网膜脱离的有效治疗手段之一。应注意掌握激光光凝的适应证。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of asymptomatic limited retinal detachment associated with retinal holes and Argon laser efficacy. Methods Thirty-four patients （36 eyes） with limited retinal detachment associated with retinal holes through regular examination before laser in situ keratomileusis were studied and treated with Argon laser photocoagulation. Analysis of patient visual acuity, refraction,number and distribution of holes present,position and extent of detachment, posterior hyaloid membrane status and outcome of surgery were retrospectively studied. The mean follow-up time was 24.2 months （range 3 to 48 months）. Results Round retinal holes were found in 36 eyes of 34 patients. The posterior hyaloid membrane attached well in 30 eyes. Detachments were predominantly shallow and slow in progression. Thirty-three of the 36 eyes successed after laser coagulation. Three eyes were repaired with cryotherapy and scleral buckling. Conclusion Argon laser coagulation is one of the highly effective measures in treating limited retinal detachments associated with retinal holes. We should pay attention to the adaptation of laser technique.
