眼动记录技术在眼科的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 眼动记录技术作为检测眼球运动的一种重要手段,其对细微眼球运动的捕捉能力使人类对眼球运动的观察发生了质的飞跃。该技术的发展使人们对眼球运动障碍类疾病如斜视、眼球震颤、颅神经麻痹、颅脑损伤等的认识不断深入,为阐明其发病机制提供了途径。同时,其精确度的提高已能满足临床使用需求,广泛应用于临床各学科中,促进了相关临床诊疗技术的进步。目前在眼科主要应用于先天性眼球震颤手术疗效评估,青光眼患者视野检查及提高LASIK手术精确度等。就几种主要的眼动记录技术进行介绍,并对其在眼科的临床应用情况及前景等进行综述。 Recording of ocular movement is considered as important means of detecting eye movement function. Their function of tracking tiny eye movement make a significant progress in the ability of observing eye movement. With the development of this technique, we have known more about ocular movement disorders such as strabismus, nystagmus, cranial nerve palsy, craniocerebral injury,which may provides an potential opportunity of understanding the mechanism of these diseases. Besides, this method satisfied the clinical demands of recording ocular movement accurately and thus is widely used among relevant clinical departments, promoting the progression of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Nowadays, in the field of ophthalmology, recording of ocular movement can evaluate the therapeutic effect of surgery on congenital nystagmus patients,perimetry examination outcome for testing glaucoma,and accuracy of LASIK. Recording of ocular movement is very helpful for ophthalmologists to check out eye disease ,improve the quality of operation and choose best therapeutic regimen owing to the application of these methods. This paper introduces main ocular movement recording methods, and reviews their clinical application in ophthalmology.
