眼外肌手术对先天性眼球震颤患者对比敏感度影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价眼外肌手术对先天性眼球震颤患者视觉质量的影响。方法选取2009至2010年于我科行眼球震颤手术的41例患者进行回顾性研究,其中根据患者有无眼震中间带分别予以中间带移位术(25例)和本体感受器切除术(16例)。术前和术后3个月分别对患者进行矫正视力、立体视功能以及视觉对比敏感度检查。采用配对t检验的方法,比较患者术前和术后3个月对比敏感度。结果术前术后对比敏感度经配对t检验比较,差异有统计学意义。单眼比较(t值=-2.843,P值<0.05),双眼比较(t值=-2.455,P值<0.05)。患者术后视觉对比敏感度及视力、立体视功能均有不同程度提高,差异具有统计学意义。结论眼球震颤病人施行眼外肌手术可改善先天性眼球震颤患者视觉质量。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of extraocular muscles surgery in congenital nystagmus( CN) patients. Methods 41 patients who suffered from ICN were involved. Standard microscopic Kestenbaum procedures were performed for 25 patients who had obvious gaze-null regions. While for the other 16 patients tenotomy procedures were performed. The examination of the corrected visual acuity, stereopsis and the contrast sensitivity function( CSF) were taken preoperative and postoperative 3 months, respectively. A paired t-test was used to compare the preoperative and 3-month postoperative contrast sensitivity. Results The difference between preoperative and postoperative contrast sensitivity was statistically significant using paried t test.( monocular,t =- 2. 843,P < 0. 05; binocular,t- 2. 455,P <0. 05). The patients with either Kestenbaum procedures or tenotomy gained varying degrees of improvement in contrast sensitivity,visual acuity,and stereopsis. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Extraocular muscles surgery could improve the visual quality of the CN patients.
