摘要
贵州民族地区的人力资源有着独有的特色。针对贵州少数民族地区人力资源特点与现状进行研究,并从人力资源开发硬件环境建设、人力资源开发软环境的建设、特色专业人才开发等方面提出贵州民族地区人力资源开发的对策。
The human resources in Guizhou ethnic area has the unique characteristics. This paper studies the status and characteristic of the human resources in. ethnic area. It puts up the countermeasure of the human resources based on the human resources development environment and person with special ability development and so on.
