摘要
区域发展不平衡和国家政策的变化,对民族地区人力资源开发形成了新的挑战和机遇。结合人力资源开发的相关理论,人力资源开发对于少数民族及民族地区发展有重要意义。在此,从少数民族地区人力资源开发存在的问题着手分析,对相关的问题及其对策进行了探讨。
