摘要
在"走出去"战略确立的第十一个年头,中国企业国际化经营走到一个新的战略拐点,亟需完成由平地到高地、由高地向高峰的战略思维转换。针对中国企业目前在国际市场面临的系统性质疑,有必要通过回溯跨国公司全球实践的逻辑变迁,对跨国公司全球战略发展的双路线,尤其是共享价值创造新模式进行经验总结,在资源互补、组织可信度、政治贡献和公共关系投资等方面为中国企业下一阶段的全球战略设计提供可行建议。
After the first decade of the establishment of "going abroad" strategy,the internationalization process of Chinese enterprises goes to a new strategic inflection point and is urgent to change the strategic thinking from the ground to the highland and from highlands to the peak.In response to systemic challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the international market,this article summarizes the logical evolution of MNCs' global strategy,then finds the dual route of the developments of transnational corporations, especially the shared value creation model.Finally,this article provides some suggestions to Chinese firms on resource complementarities,organization credibility,political contribution and public relation investment for the next phase of the globalization.
