摘要
对6个纯化竹叶黄酮工艺以及测量竹叶黄酮含量的分光光度法和高效液相色谱法进了比较研究。结果表明,工艺4聚酰胺柱吸附法为最佳工艺,纯化后竹叶黄酮浓度达0.59mg.mL-1(分光光度法)和0.60mg.mL-1(HPLC)。两种方法测定的竹叶黄酮浓度值差异不大,结果稳定可靠。分光光度法操作简单方便,测定结果略微偏高,HPLC法重复性、稳定性均较好。
Six techinics to purify bamboo-leaf-flavonoids and spectrophotometric method were compared with high-performance liquid chromatography method. The results showed that technics four was the best one, namely polycaprolactam column adsorption method, concentration of purified bamboo-leaf-flavonoids hit 0. 59 mg ·mL^-1 ( spectrophotometric method) and 0.60 mg ·mL^-1 (HPLC). Bamboo-leaf-flavonoids concentrations determined by two methods were almost the same, determining result was stable and credible. Spectrophotometric method was simple and convenient.
