摘要
本文对全差示分光光度法的原理进行了研究,认为它有局限性,并对其发展方向提出异议。
Based on the principle of the complete differentail specreophotometry, it has been pointed out that although the differential spectrophotometry can improve the measurement precision, it has some limitations. It has been demonstrated experimentally that the use of complete differential spectrophotometry does not improve the analytical precision when using the spectrophotometer with high precision measurement device, e.g.microprocess computer.
