脑钠素对预测急性心肌梗死近期预后的价值

摘要 目的:探讨血脑钠素水平与急性心肌梗死近期预后的关系。方法:检测60例急性心肌梗死患者的脑钠素水平,随访6个月,观察60例患者的心血管事件发生情况。结果:总心血管事件的发生率随脑钠素水平的升高而增加,尤其是死亡和心力衰竭发生率随脑钠素水平的增高而显著增加。结论:急性心肌梗死患者脑钠素水平与心血管事件发生率有一定的相关性,可作为预测心肌梗死后出现心血管事件的危险因子。
