不同剂量氯吡格雷在不稳定性心绞痛患者中的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察不同剂量的氯吡格雷在不稳定性心绞痛患者中的临床应用效果。方法将98例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为A组和B组,每组49例,A组给予氯吡格雷50mg/d口服,B组给予75mg/d口服,随访1年,观察心血管事件的发生率。结果 A组心血管事件发生率为36.7%,B组心血管事件发生率为34.7%(P值>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷50mg/d口服用于不稳定性心绞痛患者同样有效、安全。
