脑血管淀粉样变性相关脑出血的临床特点与MRI表现 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨脑血管淀粉样变性脑出血的临床特点与MRI表现。方法:回顾性分析12例急性脑血管淀粉样变性脑出血患者的临床资料与MRI表现。结果:脑血管淀粉样变性脑出血好发于脑叶浅表部位,多呈分叶状、不规则状,有多发性、复发性等特点,MRI GRE序列可发现多发性斑点状低信号灶。结论:脑血管淀粉样变性脑出血在临床上及MRI表现有一定特点,MRI有助于临床作出诊断。
