Effect of cerebral ischemia on neurogenesis of subventricular zone cells

摘要 脑缺血是临床上常见的急性脑血管疾病,致残率和致死率均很高,而且其病因、发病机制和干预机制复杂,造成该疾病治疗的悲观现状。近二十几年来,人们发现成年哺乳动物一生都有持续的神经再生现象,其中室管膜下区(subventricular zone,SVZ)倍受关注。SVZ区又称室管膜下层、室管膜层、室管膜区等,是组织学定义,邻近侧脑室,由神经管直接衍生的胚胎神经上皮细胞位于胚胎脑室腔表面,形成脑室带,其中某些细胞深入脑组织构成SVZ区。SVZ区包含有多种潜能的神经祖细胞,能自我更新和多向分化,可在一定条件下分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、少突胶质细胞,是神经干细胞的生发中心。
