摘要
在护理专业教学中构建了课堂教学、校园文化和社会实践三位一体的素质教育新模式。除安排社区实践、实习活动外,还设置了综合性实验,使学生的临床综合能力得到提高。
This paper presents the reform of nursing instruction in our college. In the nursing instruction, a three-in-one quality education model has been formed, i.e. classroom teaching, campus culture and social practice are mechanically unified. On the basis of intensifying the teaching performance in the community and the aged home, comprehensive designing experiments are arranged to improve students' clinical comprehensive ability while they are designing and simulating the nursing of common diseases and the clinical work.
