摘要
文章对我国民爆行业设备安全管理提出了建议,建议行业制定系统的设备管理制度。提出按照设备涉及的物料的危险属性、设备运转特点、局部爆炸可能带来的后果,及设备所处防护状态等因素,将民爆生产设备分成6大类管理。指出民爆涉爆关键设备宜施行行业准入和备案管理制度。
It presents a proposal about the safe management of industrial explosive equipment in our country. The establishment of systemic equipment management system is suggested. According to the safe property of the materials related to the equipment,the running characteristic of the equipment,the result of the part explosion, and the safeguard of the equipment, the industrial explosive equipment is classified to six kinds. Industrial permit and putting on records system are advised.
