摘要
工业建筑设计要满足生产工艺的要求。在化工生产过程中,很多场合都涉及到爆炸性危险介质,因而建筑设计不仅要满足工艺生产的功能性要求,还必须考虑防爆问题。即使发生爆炸,也要尽可能将二次灾害引起的损失降低到最小程度。本文以设计TD I装置厂房及光气室为例,说明化工厂房的防爆设计。
The industrial building design shall satisfy the processes requirements.In chemical processing,there are dangerous materials of explosion in most cases,therefore the building design shall satisfy not only the processes requirements,but also the explosion-proof.Even if the explosion occurs,the secondary disaster losses should be minimized.This article takes the design of TDI unit building and the phosgene room as an example to specify the explosion-proof design in chemical plants.
