摘要
对钼及钼合金线杆的3种生产工艺(热连轧-在线加热-热精轧、热连轧-离线加热-热精轧、热旋锻)进行了试验研究。结果表明,热连轧-在线加热-热精轧工艺的产品力学性能、组织结构和技术经济指标均优于其它两种工艺。
The three processes for producing molybdenum and molybdenum alloy rod, that is, hot continuous rollingon line heating- hot finishing rolling, hot continuous rolling - off line heating - hot finishing rolling and rotary swaging, are experimentally investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties, microstructure and technical - and - economic indexes of the hot continuous rolling - on line heating - hot finishing rolled products are much better than those of other two processes.
