对听证制度进行了解释,指出城市规划听证是依法规划、行政执法行为的程序化,针对当前规划听政存在的问题进行了分析,深入探讨了规划听政制度的完善,从而促进城市规划事业不断地发展。
It explains the system of hearing-test,points out that hearing-test of city＇s planning is the formulization of planning according to law and administration activity.It analyses the problems in recent hearing-test,discusses the perfection of hearing-test of planning,so as to promote the continuous development of city planning industry.
