摘要
介绍了早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的主要病因,认为早产、低出生体重是ROP的根本原因,氧疗与ROP密切相关,其危害程度主要取决于吸入氧浓度、用氧持续时间和用氧方式,并提出了具体的护理干预措施。
It introduced the major causes of retinopathy of prematurity （ROP）. It considered that both premature delivery and low birth weight are the fundamental causes of ROP, and oxygen therapy is closely correlated with ROP. The extent of harm depends on the oxygen concentration of newborn inhaled, lasting time and oxygen inhalation mode. It put forward some concrete nursing intervention measures.
