摘要
介绍大规格HRB400Nb微合金化热轧带肋钢筋的开发情况,对影响钢筋性能的因素进行了分析。采用合适的成分及控轧控冷工艺,可以控制大规格热轧带肋钢筋的组织和性能。
This paper introduces the development of big specification HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed bar with Nb micro-alloying. Factors to influence the properties of hot-ribbed bar are also analyzed. The research shows that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot-rolled ribbed bar can be controlled by adopting appropriate chemical compositions and the technology of contiolled rolling and controlled cooling.
