摘要
对 2 0MnSi钢筋冷弯脆断和无屈服点现象进行原因分析 ,钢中异常组织粒状贝氏体的存在是造成冷弯脆断和无屈服点的直接原因 ,而C ,Mn含量偏高又是异常组织粒状贝氏体产生的原因。在施行高碳低锰工艺 ,wMn在 1.0 0 %~ 1.19%范围内时 ,碳成分按国标上限的工艺可基本解决无屈服点问题。碳锰当量不能过低 ,否则会使抗拉强度低于国标要求。
To analyze the cause of cold bending brittle fracture and without yield point phenomenon of 20MnSi reinforced bar. The existing of abnormal grain bainite structure in steel is the direct cause for cold bending brittle fracture and without yield point, while the abnormal grain bainite microstructure is due to C and Mn contents being higher. When putting high carbon and low manganese process in force, the problem without yield point can be resolved basically as the manganese mass fraction is within the range of 1 percent to 1.19 percent and the carbon content is up to the limit of national standard. The carbon content can not be too low or else the tensile strength will be lower than the demand of national standard.
