摘要
目的探讨超重对中青年原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法35例中青年原发性高血压患者按体质量指数(BMI)分为正常组、超重组、Ⅰ度肥胖组、Ⅱ度肥胖组4组。按WHR分为正常组和中心性肥胖组2组。分别测量并计算BMI、腰臀比值,并应用高分辨血管外超声法检测患者肱动脉血管内皮功能。结果随着BMI的增高,患者血流介导的肱动脉内径变化的百分率(EDD)均明显降低,但各组间无显著性差异(P均>0.05);患者EDD与腰臀比呈负相关(P<0.05)。硝酸甘油引起的血管扩张在各组间均无显著性差异,亦与局部体脂含量和体脂分布无关。结论超重是血管内皮功能受损的重要危险因素,血管内皮功能受损与局部体脂含量和体脂分布密切相关。
Objective It is to approach the influence of overload to blood vessel bast function of youth and Middle-Age primary hypertension patients. Methods 35 youth and Middle-Age primary patients with primary hypertension were divided into 4 groups according to body weight index (BMI) : normal group, ultra reorganizes, Ⅰ Obese group and Ⅱ Obese group. Then all were divided into 2 groups according to WHR: normal group and the centripetal obesity group. Surveys and calculates the BMI and waist- to- hipratio, and the arteria brachialis blood vessel bast function were detected with high using high resolution outside the blood vessel supersonic. Results Along with the BMI heighten, the blood stream mediated arteria brachialis inside diameter change percentage (EDD) was reduced obviously, but it was not significance difference in each group (P 〉 0.05). The EDD and the waist-to-hipratio showed inverse correlation (P 〈 0.05 ). The Nitroglycerin caused vasodilatation was not the significance difference in each group, also had nothing to do with the partial body fat content and the body fat distribution. Conclusion The overload is the blood vessel bast function damage important dangerous factor, and the blood vessel bast function damage close correlate to the partial body fat content and the body fat distribution.
