Effects of Fluvastatin on endothelium dependent vasodilation in patients with unstable angina pectoris

摘要目的:探讨氟伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者血管内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)的影响。方法36例UA患者随机分为氟伐他汀组与对照组,治疗8周前后,采静脉血用酶法测定胆固醇和甘油三酯;采用高分辨血管外超声法检测治疗前后肱动脉FMD和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(NMD)。结果:氟伐他汀治疗8周后肱动脉FMD(12.3%±1.4%)较治疗前(5.1%±1.2%)及对照组(5.4%±1.9%)均显著改善(P<0.05),而肱动脉NMD差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟伐他汀具有改善UA患者血管FMD的作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Fluvastatin on endothelium-dependent vasodilation in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Method Thirty-eight subjects were randomly divided into Fluvastatin group and control group.The concentration of total cholesterol (TC)and triglyceride were measured before and after8weeks of treatment.At the meantime ,endothelium-depen-dent vasodilation and non -endothelium-dependent vasodilation were measured in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique.Results Endothelium-dependent vasodilation was improved after8weeks treatment with Fluvastatin(12.3%±1.4%)compared with that before treatment (5.1%±1.2%)and that in control treatment group(5.4%±1.9%),P<0.05.However,non-endothelium-de-pendent vasodilation had not changed significantly.Conclusion Fluvastatin can improve endothelium-dependent vasodilation of patients with unsable angina pectoris.
