摘要
本文详细研究了F-对多元配合物Zr-CAB-CTMAB的催化作用,建立了测定痕量氟的新的动力学光度法。方法灵敏度高,0~80ng/ml范围内线性良好,测定下限为1ng/ml,重现性好,具有一定选择性,仅Fe^(3+)、SO_4^(2-)、PO_4^(3-)量大于F-时干扰。用于高纯试剂中氟的测定,效果良好。
A new kinetic spectropbotometric method based on the catalytic effect of F^- on the reaction among slightly aged solution of Zr, CAB and CTMAB is proposed for the determination of trace F^-. Beer's law is obeyed for F^- over the range of 0~80ng/ml and the relative standard deviation is 1. 5% at the 40ng/ml F^- level. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace F^- in chemicals samples.
