摘要
目的研究不同处理条件下,水分胁迫对不同形态类型白术叶和花蕾中过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的影响。方法采用盆栽控制试验,利用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析技术进行同工酶分析。结果(1)在一定水分胁迫范围内,白术叶片的POD同工酶的活性及酶带数目随水分亏缺的加剧而升高和增多,但过度水分胁迫时,酶的活性有所下降且数目减少;(2)不同形态类型白术叶片的POD同工酶在水分胁迫下的变化有所不同,其中中间型白术的耐旱性略高于阔叶和狭叶白术;(3)叶片中的POD同工酶的表达较花蕾中的丰富,且酶带的变化也较大,研究水分胁迫对白术POD同工酶的影响以取叶片作分析材料为佳。结论研究水分胁迫下白术体内POD同工酶的变化,可为白术抗旱性提供生理生化参考依据。
Objective : different types of Atractylodes To study the effects of soil water stress on POD isozyme in leaves and flowers of three macrocephala Koidz.. Methods: Pot control was adopted in the experiments and vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique was utilized in the POD analysis. Conclusion: This study could be applied to analysis Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..
