摘要
教师是一种重要的教育资源。在重视教育公平的今天,教师既是教育公平程度的体现者,也是教育公平的主要感受者和体会者,还是教育教学过程中某些不公平现象的引发者,同时又是实现教育公平理想最直接的践行者。
Teachers are important educational resources and play a significant part in educational equality. Teachers are the demonstrators of the degree of educational equality, the main receptors and sensors of educational equality, and also the makers of the phenomena of educational inequality and the most direct practicers of the ideal of educational equality.
