摘要
特发性肺上叶纤维化（idiopathic pulmonary upper lobefibrosis，IPUF）是指发生在肺上叶胸膜下区原因不明的进行性肺间质纤维化。由于IPUF比较少见，发生部位特殊，影像表现无特异性，所以很容易误诊，尤其病变晚期易误诊为肺结核。笔者认为有必要加深对本病的认识，减少误诊。
