经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢肿瘤 被引量：3

摘要 卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见的3大恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于宫颈癌及宫体癌。在严重威胁女性生命的同时,由于恶性肿瘤本身病变的后果以及生殖器官对性和更广泛意义的女性特征的影响,使女性产生焦虑、抑郁情绪,对性生活失去兴趣,引起性功能的减退,影响着卵巢肿瘤患者的生活质量。由于卵巢位于盆腔内,无法直接窥视,加之早期症状不明显,等到患者症状明显时诊断大多已不是早期,所以早期确诊卵巢肿瘤是降低死亡率、提高卵巢癌患者生活质量的重要措施。随着超声影像学技术的不断更新和发展,应用彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢肿瘤已经非常广泛,同时多项检查手段联合应用也会大大提高卵巢肿瘤术前早期诊断的准确性。
