摘要
目的对胡蔓藤中的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20及制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物。分别为滨蒿内酯(1)、二(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸酯(2)、3β-羟基-27-(Z)-桂皮酰基-12-烯-28-羧基乌苏酸(3)、3β-羟基-27-(E)-桂皮酰基-12-烯-28-羧基乌苏酸(4)、钩藤酸E(5)。结论化合物1~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study chemical constituents of Gelsemium elegans Benth. Methods The constituents were first separated by column chromatography with silica gel and flash ODS, then purified by Sephadex LH-20 and PRE-HPLC, structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as scoparon (1), di (2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (2), 3β-hydroxy-27-p-(Z)-coumaroyloxy ursan-12-en-28-oic acid (3), 3β-hydroxy-27-p- (E)-coumaroyloxy ursan-12-en-28-oic acid (4) and uncarinic acid E (5). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.
