摘要
本研究采用体外细胞实验模型,细胞生物学方法,观察钩吻碱注射液(Ge)对肿瘤细胞增殖能力及辐射敏感性的影响。结果表明:Ge对肿瘤细胞具有一定的毒性作用,对其增殖能力有一定的抑制作用,如增长速度减慢,有丝分裂指数下降,细胞死亡率明显增高。Ge似可提高肿瘤细胞膜脂微粘度,使其流动性降低;还能提高肿瘤细胞对^(60)Coγ射线的辐射敏感性,使辐射增敏比(SER)增加,提示Ge可作为辐射增敏剂与放射治疗相结合用于治疗肿瘤。
The anti-proliberative effect and radiosensitivety of gelsemium elegansbenth (GE) was studied, wsing in vitro cell cultose and cytobiological methed. The results showed that GE has signiffeant cytotoxic action and inhibitory effect on cell preliferation (e.g: cell growth rate reduced, mitosis index declined, tumor cell mortality raised). GE can up-grade the cell membrane lipid microviscosity, reduce its fluidity; it can increase tumor cell sensitivity to 60Co r-rays, and the sensitive enhancement ratio (SER). too, There fore, it suggested that GE, as a radiosensitizing agent, could be used to treat tumors combined with radiotherapy.
