摘要
只有按照循环经济理念进行设计、规划和实施,才能真正实现海峡西岸经济区的跨越式发展。海峡西岸经济区虽然具备发展循环经济的基础条件,但也存在种种不利影响。只有全面分析影响海峡西岸经济区发展循环经济的各种因素,才能趋利避害,为其发展循环经济提供对策指导。
The only way for the economic zone on the west side of Taiwan Straits to take off is to carry out the developing program strictly based on the ideology of circular economy, though there exist some negative factors. This article aims to offer some countermeasures on how to exploit the advantages for the development of circular economy while eliminating the negative factors.
