摘要
福建地处台湾海峡西岸,北接“长三角”、南接“珠三角”,特殊的区位和竞合态势,是福建提出“建设海峡西岸经济区”新战略的重要背景。与“长三角”、“珠三角”相比,福建主要优势有对台优势、港口优势和生态环境较好的优势。福建未来发展,不仅要积极参与“长三角”、“珠三角”区域间的经济合作,更要通过闽台合作,提升自身综合实力,在竞争中发展自己。近中期内,福建应主要在开放型经济、港口经济、壮大中心城市、培育产业集群和建设生态省等5个方面努力奋斗,抢抓机遇,争取在尽可能短的时间里,建好海峡西岸经济区,为实现祖国统一,最终建成“环海峡经济圈”做出自己应有的贡献。
Fujian is located on the west side of the Taiwan Straits with the joints to the Yangtze River Delta in the north and to the Pearl River Delta in the south. Its special status of location, competition and cooperation is the important background for Fujian to put forward the new strategy of building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits. Compared to the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, the major advantages of Fujian are Taiwan-oriented, ports and fine eco-environment. For development in future, Fujian will not only take an active part in the economic cooperation between regions of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, but also enhance itself＇s overall strength through Fujian-Taiwan cooperation. As long as being bold and able to compete can it develop itself in competition. In the short and middle terms, Fujian should strive to seize the opportunity in five aspects such as open economy, port economy, developing key cities, forming industrial clusters and building ecological province. Thus, we shall do our best to build the economic zone on the west side of the Straits as soon as possible in order to make a contribution to the realization of our motherland＇s reunification and eventually building an economic circle around the Straits.
