摘要
本文首先论述了素质教育中高校图书馆存在的问题,接着深入分析了存在问题的原因,最后提出解决这些问题的对策,以期引起有关方面人员对高校图书馆建设的外延与内涵的高度重视。
This paper first discusses the problems of college libraries in the implementation of quality - oriented education, and then it has an in -depth analysis of the causes behind, finally puts forward the countermeasures to these problems, with a view to draw the attention of people concerned on the extension and intension of the university library construction.
