摘要
从管理学理论发展的角度回顾知识管理思想的产生和发展,指出知识管理作为管理学发展的新阶段是知识经济发展的必然产物,是适用于新兴“知识型”企业的管理模式,是以创新为核心的新一代管理理论。
The origin and development of knowledge management thought is reviewed from the perspective of management theory evolution. It also points out that as the new phase of management, knowledge management is the necessary outcome of knowledge economy development and a suitable management model for the new coming 'knowledge - style enterprises, with innovation as its core aspect.
