摘要 缺氧诱导因子2是bHIM—PAS超家族成员之一,可上调与血管形成、胚胎发育、能量代谢、红细胞生成、糖酵解有关基因的转录和表达,在肿瘤发生、发展、转移中起重要作用。 Endothelia PAS domain protein 1 ( EPAS1 )/hypoxia-inducible factor-2alpha (HIF-2α) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix/PAS domain protein family . It mediates transcription of a range of physiologically important genes associated with angiogenesis, glycolysis, adaptation to pH, apoptosis, and plays an important role in solid tumor angiogenesis and progression.
