摘要
在白网纹草组织培养中,为了降低污染,提高成活率,在初代培养基中加入不同浓度的土霉素来抑制污染菌的生长。结果表明,在白网纹草初代培养基中加入20~30 mg/L的土霉素,污染率降低25个百分点以上,成活率则提高10个百分点以上。对杂菌分离培养共发现细菌9种,真菌19种,其中肠杆菌、毛霉和交链孢霉是主要的污染菌。
The different concentrations of oxytetracycline were added to the first generation tissue culture medium samples of Fittonia verschaffelti to restrain pollutant bacteria. The experimental results showed that adding 20~30mg/L oxytetracycline to the culture medium reduced the pollution rate by more than 25 percentage point and the survival rate increased by more than 10 percentage point. 9 kinds of bacteria and 19 kinds of fungus were isolated from the infectious microbes, in which Enterobacterium, Mucor and Alternaria were the dominant.
